It’s always been an ardor of mine to live out in the city of New York. Cliche, I know. Or maybe in California. As I grow up reading endless tales from fictional books about living in such areas have made me realize how insignificant and boring my life is. Consistently cursing my parents and this undesirable town I live in for the lack of merriment in my life. With the abundance of opportunities and entertainment New York has to offer just lures me to seek education there for college. My parents think i’m too ambitious. Maybe I am, but i’ll just have to prove them wrong.
“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.”—John Green, The Fault in Our Stars
